If you ever forget to log your time or you accidentally inaccurately log time in Jira, there is a way to adjust this.
Go to your dashboard:
https://reliance.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa
Click AIO Timesheets
Then
My Timesheet
Make sure "Show My Issues" at the top is checked.
From there you can click on the appropriate ticket and day's box to adjust the time worked.
