It looks like the "feature image" attribute is not being initialized on all sites when the site is created. This is important especially for the Neverland Starter which has a featured image behind the h1 on interior pages. There is however a work around to get it to show up:
- Navigate to /administrate/servers/Default.aspx
- Search the server name (first text in the breadcrumb) – check 'Include Subservers'
- Click the server name
- Select the applications tab
- Install 'Server Level Object Attribute Support'
- Navigate to /administrate
- Click 'Manage Server Object Types'
- Click 'ptl_page'
- Click the attributes tab – Do not change anything or click anything in here
- Navigate back to your page and the featured image should now appear.
