"Content" includes any portlet that can be saved, so the content library houses callouts and features in addition to traditional textual content.

How to Import Content
- Drag a content portlet onto the page.
- Click the down arrow.
- In the top right corner make sure that "Global" is selected from the drop down. Select the content you want to import and click "Load".
