GFL and GIL Folders not Displaying in IE 11

Folders under global file library and global image library are not displayed in IE 11 browser.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Login as Admin user to the root site: https://mh-ks-televoxmerge-televox.televox.qa.sharpschool.com
• Go to administrate page --> global file library or global image library

Actual Result: Global Image library page is displayed. Folder and subfolders are not displayed.

Expected Result: Global Image library page is displayed. Folder and subfolders are displayed.
