Global libraries are missing a validation message when leaving folder name blank when renaming.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into the root site as a global admin
- Go to System Administration > Manage Global File Library
- Select a folder and right click, then choose 'Rename'
- Leave the folder name field blank and select 'Confirm'
Actual Result: Rename folder modal is closed and the folder name does not change.
Expected Result: A validation message should display indicating that folder name cannot be left blank when user selects 'Confirm'. If you user wishes to cancel, they can select 'Cancel'.
